It had family/4-persons rooms, good beds, was close to the airport (and relatively easy to find to people who don't know Iraklion). Friendly staff (that spoke good enough english). Everything looked clean.
We could not get the airconditioning to work (but were too lazy to ask, either...). Breakfast in the fridge was a bit poor. (eg only white bread and cakes).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. the lobby was very nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk into town and the next day, it was a quick walk to the ferry with our luggage. Highly recommend Hotel Life. the lady at reception was very nice and offered us a bigger room with a port view. the room design was stylish and there was free parking across the street. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the old city and a quick drive to the airport. Comfortable bedding made for a pleasant stay.
Felt like they were family, no complaints.

This hotel is located in the main street, but rooms are situated to court. There is a little bit noisy. The hotel staff is very nice.
I had reserved no-smoking room but this room was smelt as cigarettes. We had been so tired that we had not solve this problem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent visit to Crete. the location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, providing a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, and offering helpful assistance throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms, although cozy, were clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a balcony with a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
Everything was great, no improvements needed!

The location of this hotel is excellent for catching the bus or ferry, as it is very close to the port, bus station, and city center. The hotel is conveniently located, with a rent-a-car and a gas station just across the street. It is also only a 5-minute bus ride from the airport. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. They assisted us with all our enquiries and even organized our transfer to the port with our luggage. Even though it was clean, I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night and if you cannot find another hotel as in my case.
I had a front room that was very noisy. The hotel is on the main road from the airport to the city. You have to walk 10-15 min to reach the city centre. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I ever had and I have to say that I travel a lot!!!
